Importing Information
The recipient is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees payable upon delivery.
Packing slips for international shipments cannot be labelled as a "gift" or feature modified prices.

Once the item is dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for delays or damages caused by international and local postal agencies.
In certain countries, items sent via express post may require a signature upon delivery. Please anticipate the need to sign for international deliveries. Failure to do so may result in the item being redirected to the nearest post office and held for up to two weeks, with varying hold times depending on the country. Subsequently, if the item is not claimed within this period, it will be returned to the sender. We disclaim any responsibility for any costs incurred in re-posting your parcel under such circumstances. Additionally, if the item is returned to the sender, postage costs cannot be refunded.
Returns information
Our products have a 30 Day Change of Mind Policy. We can accept returns and exchanges as long as they adhere to the conditions below:
We allow returns for replacement or refund, provided the items are still sealed in their original packaging and in their original condition. Before starting the return process, please get in touch with us.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and it's crucial to pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. A full refund cannot be guaranteed if the returned items are damaged or incomplete. Please make sure to include your order number in the return parcel. Providing your tracking number and order number will speed up the refund process.
Please note: if your return item contains a promotional deal, the refund will reflect any changes to this. E.g., If a bundle order including 3 items is purchased, and 1 item is returned, the 10% bundle offer is no longer applicable and will be deducted.
If you would like to exchange an item after it has been dispatched, you'll be responsible for the postage of the new item. For exchanges, feel free to contact us through our store contact form.
